While it’s not going to consist of looting and shooting, it looks to be an eight-player free for all mode, with Face-Off styled rules. And from the looks of it, it’s going to be a KO City spin on the battle royale formula. The next thing shown on the road map is another limited-time mode called Royale Rumble. Whether or not a new mode will be introduced is one thing, but the confirmation of cosmetics is perfect for anyone wanting to get into the spooky mood. From the look of the image on the roadmap, some monstrous cosmetics will be put into the game, with the jack-o-lantern zombie being one of the costumes to dawn the Monster Mash. However, it looks like it’s going to be a blast. Nothing about these events has been shown, aside from the images on the roadmap. From October 19 to November 12, ghosts and goblins will come to Knockout City in Holo-Ween. Players will be fighting to 21 points, with two rounds to win a match.Īfter Basketbrawl is out of the game, a new event is coming to Knockout City. However, spend too long aiming that three-pointers and the ball form player can hop out and escape, with only one heart remaining. Then all it takes is a well-placed throw into the hoop to score not only three points but remove the enemy player from the game until they can respawn. If a teammate is thrown into the hoop, a quick dash into the player holding the teammate can free them quicker, but keep them with a single heart. However, instead of knocking out opponents, players who lose a life will be forced into ball form. Players then duke it out classic team KO-style. Players will join one another in teams of three, with a hoop somewhere in the arena. While it’s not like the game it’s named after, it includes both balls and hoops. The first order of business for the game comes with Basketbrawl, the first limited-time mode of the season, which runs until October 19. For some reason, Zero wants to see the brawlers duke it out. But that’s not going to stop the citizens of Knockout City from throwing down. With the theme Hacked, the whole city has been taken over by someone, or something, called Zero.
